We at Allstream would like to thank you so much for the fantastic evening you hosted. As part of the finale to a rather intensive two day information session which included employees from across the country, we were looking for an out of the ordinary event that was both entertaining and educational. The easy atmosphere created, combined with the fantastic food and wines allowed us to achieve these objectives in a way that was well beyond what we had expected. As far as team building excercises go - this was by far the most enjoyable one that any of us has participated in and I'd recommend it to anyone. All the best to entire staff for all their efforts.

Your sociable demeanor made us feel like we were being taken care of by both a friend and a professional. You were a gracious host even though the dinner party was in my own home. The dinner itself was outstanding. The canapés served before dinner with the champagne helped wet our appetite for the main meal. Tonia, you are not just an accomplished Chef, but you take care of the entire meal from the preparation, to serving each course all the way to cleaning up as we progressed through the evening. We are delighted that you continue to offer this unique opportunity for a group of wine collectors to experience the finest of dining to compliment our favourite wines.
